  Dear Livia, It has been a pretty awful two weeks, first the break-in and theft, and then the car accident which was so scary. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the kindness, caring, responsiveness, and professionalism of you, your staff, and the claims people at State Farm. I have just been amazed by how quickly and efficiently everything has been processed and handled, how wonderful everyone has been, from the first phone calls to your office, the immediate calls from the claims offices, and everything that has happened afterwards. I know that insurance is a business, with a profit motive and all, but you and your colleagues give me faith in the idea that you truly make a difference in the lives of people when they are most stressed. I want to thank you so sincerely, as well as everyone else who has been involved in this process.
